| Sky brought me back the most amazing chocolates from his business trip a couple of days before. We snacked on them on the trip up. |
We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Resort in a suite. Our room was literally as big as our apartment. It was so nice!
The first night we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Our waiter was so nice and brought us free dessert for our anniversary. Afterwards we drove down the strip and then went back to the hotel and watched a movie.
The next day we slept in, went to lunch, and then went shopping at Planet Hollywood's Miracle Mile. I didn't find anything good, but we did try our hand at the penny slots...and lost miserably.
That night we ate at the Benihana at the LVH. I'm glad we chose that Benihana because the restaurant is so awesome. They have built a village complete with a waterfall in the restaurant, and it really feels like you are in another country when you go there. The hibachi was amazing and the company even better:)
Sunday was probably my favorite day! I have always wanted to go to the Serendipity in New York, so when I found out that Vegas had one I knew we had to go. We went there for brunch and then went shopping at H&M afterwards in the Caesar Palace Forum Shops. It was perfect.

| Their famous frozen hot chocolate...Definitely lived up to the hype! |
The trip was perfect in every way. It's funny because Skyler and I are so different in a million different ways, but at the end of the day our differences make us perfect for each other, and make it so there is no-one else we would rather be with than the other person. We have grown so much in these two short years, and I can't imagine my life any other way. Skyler and I are enjoying this time in our lives so much. Here to a million more years sweetheart! I love you with all my heart!
I have a week until school starts. I will be so busy this year working at the firm, taking a full load of classes, writing my substantial writing requirement, and serving on the boards of my journal and some other groups. We are going to Cabo in October during my fall break, and I am thinking it will be much needed! Life is crazy, and busy, but wonderful.
