Temple Square

Last night we went to Temple Square with Sky's parents.  We started out the evening by eating at the Garden Room at the top of the Joseph Smith Building. I love it because it has such a gorgeous view of the city and of Temple Square.  The lights around Temple Square were beautiful as usual, and I loved the reminder the trip gave me for the reason for the season.  We try to go every year, and without fail it always reminds me of what I really should be thinking of around Christmas. This is my first Christmas away from Texas but I am so grateful for the amazing second family I get to spend it with, and for the beautiful place I get to spend it in!

Sorry for the terrible picture, but the snow was falling when we were there so I had to get a picture!
