First Year of Law School

is over....It was by far the hardest year of school that I have ever experienced, but it was so worth it.  I learned so much and it really enforced to me that I am going to love being a lawyer in a couple of years!  It honestly feels like I survived some huge milestone in my life, and now that it is over it feels so weird! I am excited about the next two years of school and my summer externships this summer though, and I know I am going to learn so much!  I am working for Judge Dee Benson in the Utah Federal District Court and then for Mumford West and Snow, an SLC law firm.

*Skyler was so great in supporting me this year.  I was really stressed 99% of the time and he was so patient.  It is so great to have a hubby to lean on, and one who understands how important this step in my life is to me!  It is definitely not the easiest thing to start law school and a marriage off at the same time, and you have to learn to manage your time pretty much perfectly to have any sort of time for anything but work, but it is so worth it!
